This course includes a comprehensive manual and a visually professional and beautiful certificate upon completion.  Light refreshments are provided throughout the day.

 

Meditation Lessons

Meditation is our mind’s way of reaching a higher state of consciousness.  Usually a meditation is a relaxing journey where breathing exercises are involved and are very important.  During a meditation, you will not be in a trance and you can open your eyes at any time.  The hardest part of meditation is keeping the mind focused, but through practice and dedication you will be able to get the hang of it and it will become second nature.

The word ‘meditation’ conjures up a Buddha-like figure sitting serenely on a mountain top who is wise enough to practice meditation.  Some people feel intimidated by society’s image of what meditation is and believe that for them, this ancient and natural practice is unobtainable.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

I am not a Buddha-like figure; I am just like you, seeking for more ways to find peace of mind and enlightenment.  Students always ask me, “What is the secret to spiritual enlightenment?” and the answer is always the same; Meditation.

As a fully qualified Meditation Teacher I can write meditations to suit your spiritual needs, whether it be for connecting with Angels and spirit guides, psychic development or just for the peace meditation brings.

Chakras Cleansing Lessons

As discussed on the services page, Chakras are etheric wheels of light which enable the energy within the body to circulate, getting rid of the old energy and bringing in the new and positive energy.  Everyone is able to learn how to cleanse these Chakras to keep the energies balanced and sickness away.
